I have published online every day for 323 days.

5 things I have learned about creative consistency.

1. There is no one size fits all.

People say to be a successful online you must:

• Post 5x a day

• Reply to 20 posts a day

• Interact with ‘big’ accounts

This doesn’t work for me.

Build a habit based on what is sustainable and achievable for you.

2. Schedule in advance, and take days off.

You don’t need to create every day to build a good habit.

Time off gives you the brain power you need to create consistently and helps you avoid burnout.

Burnout is not a badge of honour.

3. The more you write, the more confident you become.

We think we know less than other people.

But everyone else does not have the knowledge from our perspective.

Share that knowledge because it adds value to the world.

4. Create, measure, learn.

This feedback loop is important.

Figure out what works and double down on it.
