You are what you consume: the information diet
When I was growing up there was a TV show called ‘you are what you eat’. The host would analyze the food intake of individuals and then send them on a path to a healthier diet. Some of the diets shown on the show prior to analyzing were astounding. Either in that it was dominated by one food group (or at times literally the same food), or the volume of food (they ate too much or too little).
